Why I am not getting notification emails from vPromotions?

The most common cause of this would be that your email notifications are not properly enabled. In vPromotions, go to Settings > User > Email Settings and be sure that all of the notifications that you would like to receive are checked, and then click "Save."

Also, verify that your email address is correct with no misspellings or punctuation errors, and that there is only one email address listed.

Finally, make sure that your notifications are not in your Spam or Junk folder. If they are, follow your email service / software help information for making sure that vCreative emails are not marked as Spam or Junk Mail.
