New Applicants

When new users need to request a user account in vPromotions, this is done by going to the login screen and clicking “Sign Up Now.” Here is how the sign-up process works:

  1. The prospective new user submits their information
  2. We see it in our queue of new accounts to set up, and then, if the account seems valid, we approve it.
  3. The Firm Admin will see a notification on the upper right of their vPromotions screen alerting them that a new user is waiting for approval.

4.Firm Admin opens the list by clicking on the notification, and gives the person listed an approval or denial, ensuring the validity of anyone requesting access to vPromotions.
