The PRF Builder is used to customize the PRF forms that show for each PRF Category. Fields can be arranged by dragging and dropping the fields up or down in the order, and they can be edited by using the Field Info Form as described below.
NOTE: Additional information that you might need for an event later, can be requested automatically via the Prompt Sales for Event Info.
System Fields: The first 5 fields are system fields and cannot be changed due to the fact that they are used through the program and must be uniform. They are:
Title - The name of the Promotion
Client - Client Name
Stations - Station(s) requested on the PRF
Start - Start Date and Time of the Promotion
End - End Date and Time of the Promotion
Equipment Package Field - While this is a system field that cannot be edited, it can be deleted. Its purpose is to list all equipment packages that you have created so the person filling out the PRF can suggest an equipment package based on what they proposed to the client.
The Field Info Form on the upper right of the PRF Builder allows you to add new fields, delete fields and edit any editable fields in your PRF form.
Label - The required field is what show to the left of each form field in the PRF.
Type - Choose from the following:
- Text - A simple one-line text field
- Number - A numeric field
- Long Text - A larger text area
- Date Picker - A pop-up calendar
- Date Time Picker - A pop-up calendar with time sliders
- Dropdown - You add the options can be chosen in the dropdown, and whether they can choose more than one.
- File - Provides a place to upload files when saving a PRF.
Required - Choose whether to require that this field be filled out to submit the PRF Default Value Enter any information that you would like in the field when the PRF opens.
Role Visibility - If this is a field that you only want people with certain abilities to see, choose those fields here.
Edit Existing Fields - As long as a field is not a system field, you can edit it to be whatever you need. Here is how to Edit a PRF Field:
- Click on the field that you want to edit and you will see the field Label and information show in the Field Info Form on the upper right.
- Make changes and Save.
Create New Fields - To create a new field for a PRF Category, click New. Your Field Info Form will be empty and ready to create an additional field.
