How does the Production Director download the finished spots?

When the Production Director needs a spot, they can find final spots or audio delivery details in the Files Column of a request. A spot may be attached by the submitter, an internal producer or another producer used for outsourcing work. A completed request will have "Final Spot" and a play button under the files column if a .MP3 or .WAV file is attached. Right clicking on "Final Spot" will give you the menu to "download target" or "save target as" depending on your browser. The file can then be saved to your internal archive or to a portable media prior to the importing process. If the spot is arriving from an outside source, the "spot arriving from" information will provide a link and or details for the delivery method.
