Delegation

The drop-down Delegation menus of the POC Column will only appear for users who have the Delegator ability enabled for them in their My Account settings.

When enabled on a user's account, typically a department head like the Production or Creative Services Director, that user can then assign work to others. The drop down menu will populate with the relevant staff members who are capable of completing that task. When choosing the staff member by clicking their name they will automatically get an email notification of this new assignment.
