Can vPPO trim or modify a spot that is longer or shorter than :30 or :60 seconds?

A spot uploaded to vPPO will only be hosted for sharing purposes. This system can not alter the spot in anyway. The final length of any audio falls under the responsibility of the production team for the station it is to air on.
