Does it time stamp when there are status changes?

Yes. A new spot gets one time stamp for the time and date it was originally submitted along with it's starting status and attached files. It is also time stamped with each new blog entry and status change. The history of a spot can be accessed with the History icon from the PO Column in any list view.
