When using the check boxes in the List View's first column followed by the Copy, Extend and Revise buttons, you will be brought to the special "To Do" screen. If you have any spots listed on the To Do list you will be unable to return to any of your Inbox or Archived folder views. You MUST finish the Copy/Extend/Revise procedure for these spots for them to be viewable to the appropriate staff.
- If Extending a spot, the status will automatically be set to Extend Dates.
- The previous End Date will be stripped.
- You will be blocked from editing the due date or start date
- If you need to adjust anything other than just the end date, you must do a revision instead
- Simply click on the Client's name to enter the Detailed View, where you can supply the new End Date and click Submit.
- If using Revise, you must enter the Detailed View by clicking on the Client Name.
- You are required to provide a PO Blog post to explain what is being changed
- You are required to supply a new Due Date for when the changes must be done by
- Provide any new information and make all changes to the order
- If Copying a spot, you will need to make all changes in the Quick Order view
- Start by clicking on the Client Name
- If you are re-running the same spot over again, make any changes to the date/traffic information and use the Needs Dubbed status
- If you are using this order as a template, change the information to suit the new order's specifics, including the most relevant status.
- If you are on the To Do screen by mistake or otherwise need to leave the view, you must clear out all spots listed. Follow the above suggestions if you are Extending, Revising or Copying past orders
You can also set the status of a spot to Deleted on the To Do screen to remove them and allow your return to the other List Views The original spots/orders will be left unaffected by the Deletion of the spots on the To Do screen.
Save Draft is an option for temporarily side stepping the To Do screen's hold on your focus in PPO. Keep in mind, even when saving an order as a draft after using Copy/Extend/Revise no one else can see it and it will still requires the usual fields before submitting.
There is an "OK, I GOT IT!" button which will collapse the top banner with process-specific instructions. Be default, these instructions are shown and the left-hand navigation is hidden to prevent user confusion about what they need to do.
