      Canceled

      This status is designed to only be used on a Spec Spot that does not get sold. Only sold spots can get carts and run on air, thus becoming archived in vPPO. So, if a Spec isn't going anywhere the Canceled status allows it to still be retained in the system but not be in any Inboxes with active requests.

      • Cancels the Spec Spot request
      • Moves the spot to the Canceled folder
      • The recommended status for unsold Spec Spots, finished Donuts or other various parts that do not need further processing
      • Can be reactivated copied to bring back to the Inbox for further work
