Copy / Extend / Revise

The first List View column contains check boxes for use with these three buttons found at the top of your List View.

  • Copy creates a duplicate of the selected orders to re-run or use the present information as a starting point for another spot. it also asks if you wish to retain the original files.
  • Extend sets the selected spots to the status of Extend Dates and strips their End Dates. A new End Date MUST be set from the To Do Screen
  • Revise sets the selected spots to the status of Revision. Revised spots require a new Due Date, changing of relevant QO form fields and a PO Blog post summarizing the changes.

Depending on Firm Options the spot that is being Extended or Revised can create a new spot or an entire new order.

Revising or Extending an Archived/Deleted/Canceled/Replaced spot will not alter the original in anyway other than link the old/new together through history comments. They will remain as continuous records of a spot that was usurped by an updated request.
