How do I assign a voice part or request talent?

In the Files column you may see the "add voice" option if you have the Delegator ability. Clicking this link pulls up a dialog where you can set a due date, provide talent instructions and choose the part, talent pool and talent name for the request.

To the right you'll see the [+] button that lets you add multiple voice requests at one time.
