Why can't I edit or add things to this PRF?
vPromotions Revisions were launched recently after months of requests from Sales Departments everywhere to give them a way to Revise PRFs. Here is how it works:
1) Sales chooses to Revise in the Actions Menu of the PRF Details, and then makes their changes.
2) The Original PRF that is being revised is LOCKED until the Revision is completely approved.
If Approved, the Revision Replaces the Original. If it is Denied, the Original is unlocked and the Revision removed.
Locking the PRF is necessary to avoid having someone add People, Plays, Equipment, Liners, or other information, only to have that replaced when if the Revision is approved.
If your PRF needs changes rapidly, sending a Blog message to the Promotions or Program Directors is still an available option.
