Firm Settings: Firm Approval Roles - vPromotions

Firm Approval Roles are roles that can be created just for approval purposes if your firm is using Category Based Approvals.

The Firm Approval Roles tab will show for you only if the Category Approval Process feature is turned on for your market. This tab enables you to create roles just for the Category Approval Processes you are creating.

For example - if someone in your market is a Sales Assistant but also oversee the Digital PRF's - you could create an approval role called Digital Approver to approve those PRF's. See the information in the Category Approval Process (Optional) tab for full details on that feature.

NOTE: Take care not to duplicate the built in approval roles (General Manager, Promotions Director, Sales Manager and Program Director) so you can easily separate them.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: These created roles will not have additional abilities outside being a step in the approval process.
