An Outline of the Workflow for an Endorsement Campaign
The Talent Endorsement module is a tool for finding the correct talent, checking their availablility, getting approvals, tracking talent fees, and submitting a Quick Order.
Here is the order of workflow in Endorsements
- Use the Talent Search to find the best talent for your Endorsement Campaign
- Start a new Campaign for that Talent and fill out the basic Campaign information
- Request Pre-Pitch Approval from the Talent
- The Talent will get a notification and Approve or Deny to indicate whether they will endorse the product and client.
- If they approve, the AE can pitch the campaign to the client.
- Once the campaign is sold, the AE can use the Manage Team button at the bottom of the Campaign Informtion panel on the left side of the Campaign Desboard to delegate the rest of the work out to an Account Coordinator.
- Click the Edit icon and uncheck the "Owner" box next to your name.
- Click Create and find the Account Coordinator by Email Address, add them and check the "Owner" box.
- add at least on spot to the campaign and enters the talent fees and contract number.
- Once all of the information is there, the AE clicks the Start Approvals button to get approval of the endorsement agreement.
- Each person in the approval process will get an email notification and approve or decline the endorsement in this order:
- Sales Manager (assigned on the Campaign)
- Talent
- Content Manager (assigned to the Talent)
- After all approvals have been received, the AE will receive an email notifying them that the campaign is ready to book.
- After clicking the Book button, the AE can click View to go to the Campaign in vPPO and add copy.
- From there on the spot(s) follow the normal production process.
NOTE: Any changes to the Endorsement spot(s) must be done in the Endorsements module and must be fully approved.
