Dupe Detector on Winner Entry

When filling out new winner information, you are alerted to any other winners with the same email or phone.

Now in vPromotions, when you enter a new winner's information, if any other winner is found with the same email address or phone number, you'll get alerted to prevent you from creating a duplicate winner and speed up winner assignment!
