The Default Fulfillment Notes tab is where you can create notes for your on air staff to share with winners about collecting their prize and is visible only for those users with Promotions Director, Program Director or General Manager ability
Default Fulfillment Notes are created as a tool for your on air staff to easily know what information to pass along to on air winners about collecting their prize. Default Fulfillment Notes are found by hovering over your name in the upper right corner of your account and clicking Settings - vPromo Tab - Default Fullfillment Notes.
The notes are based on the fulfillment method chosen when creating the prize.
You will create notes for each fulfillment method by choosing the fulfillment method in the dropdown option. There you will see all the available fulfillment methods available.
As an example, if you are creating fulfillment notes for Pick up at Station Fulfillment Method you might include your pick up hours and address and any other needed information. You will also find a tool in the lower right area of the text box allowing you to enlarge the text box area.
Once created, the notes will automatically populate in the On Air Tab when clicking on the play that prize is assigned to, helping your on air staff to quickly be able to relay details to the winner on how to collect their prize.
