vPromo Settings: Default Event Notes

The Default Event Notes tab is where you create notes which will populate to the Event PA Sheet and is visible only for those users with Promotions Director, Program Director or General Manager ability

Default Event Notes are created as a tool to pass on relevant information to your on site event staff. Default Event Notes are found by hovering over your name in the upper right corner of your account and clicking on Settings - vPromo tab - Default Event Notes.

Notes you add here should be generic, holding details which will be relevant for every event in your firm. 

Once Default Event Notes are created, they will automatically populate in the Event PA Sheet, which can be found in every event PRF in the details view and under the green actions tab.

The Default Event Notes will populate at the top of the Event PA Sheet to quickly and easily share information with your event staff.
