Automatically Return Prizes to the Prize Closet at the End of a Contest

When creating or editing Plays, you can choose to automatically return unassigned Prizes to the Prize Closet after the Contest!

You can automatically return any Prizes that weren't given away during a Contest to the Prize Closet at the end of the Contest. There are 2 places you can make this happen:

From The Wizard:

When you are setting up the contest in the Wizard or after you click "+Add New" from the Plays tab, at the bottom of the Create Plays area, just below the Contest Notes field and above the Off Air Play(s) checkbox, you see the "Automatically return Prizes/Packages to the Prize Closet After Contest" checkbox. 

From The Details/Plays Tab:

The "Automatically return Prizes/Packages to the Prize Closet After Contest" checkbox can also be found to the top of the Plays tab inside the Details of a promotion. Either location will have the same effect. 

By checking the box, after the End Date/Time of the PRF, all prizes or prize packages not assigned to a winner will be returned to the Prize Closet, and you'll get a notification* in your To Do badge that prize were returned.

The "Automatically return Prizes/Packages to the Prize Closet After Contest" checkbox can default to checked or unchecked for all contests. After checking/unchecking it, you'll see a popup asking if you want to make that your default for all contests.
