      Reassigning Contest Winners in Promosuite Next

      Reassigning Contest Winners in Promosuite Next

      1. Accessing the Promotions Tab

        • Click on the Promotions tab in the Promosuite Next platform.

        • Navigate to contests and then utilities.

      2. Locating Reassign Contest Winners

        • Choose the specific contest that the winner is currently assigned to.

      3. Selecting the New Promotion

        • Identify the winner who needs to be reassigned.

        • Choose an existing contest for the reassignment.

      4. Reassigning the Winner

        • Click on the reassign button to finalize the process.

        • Verify the reassignment by checking the Front Desk, Listener Database, or Contest Winners Report.
