      Reassigning Contest Winners in PromoSuite Next

      This article provides a step-by-step as well as video to guide for reassigning contest winners in PromoSuite Next. It covers how to access the Promotions tab, locate the reassign option, select the new promotion, and finalize the reassignment.

      Reassigning Contest Winners in PromoSuite Next

      1. Accessing the Promotions Tab

        • Click on the Promotions tab.

        • Navigate to Contests, then Utilities, and then Reassigned Contest Winners.

      2. Locating Reassign Contest Winners

        • Choose the specific contest that the winner is currently assigned to and click submit.

      3. Selecting the New Promotion

        • Identify the winner who needs to be reassigned.

        • Click on "Choose an existing contest" and then Select. 

        • Click on the Contest to reassign the winner to.

      2. Reassigning the Winner

        • Click on the reassign button to finalize the process.

        • Verify the reassignment by checking the Front Desk, Listener Database, or Contest Winners Report.
