Within PromoSuite Next Winner Release Forms, there is a default text that is meant to assist the User in clearly displaying all the necessary information for Listeners when they are signing their Winner Release Forms. However, chances are if you have customized your Winner Release Forms this information may not be needed. PromoSuite Next Users now have the ability to completely remove this default text.
To remove this text, go to Set-Up Utilities > Database > Winner Release Forms
Uncheck the box next to "Include PromoSuite Default Text" (pictured below).
The default text will now be omitted from the Winner Release Form.
