Whether you're locked out of your account, need a password reset or need access to PromoSuite Next, chances are you will need to get in touch with your local PromoSuite Next admin.
So PRIOR to being in a situation where you can't get it and can't find your admin - be sure to note who your admin(s) are by clicking the "lock" icon at the top right of the page, then select "User List."
Anyone listed as an "Everything" user under "Group Name" has full access to that station and is able to help you with just about anything you need
While this list is specific to the station which you are currently logged in to, any person who appears on this list as a "Local Admin" should have admin access to your entire cluster of stations.
