# How to Reset Your Password When You Can't Login
If you are having problems logging in to PromoSuite Next, first make sure you are attempting to login at the following address:
[https://next.promosuite.com/ ](https://next.promosuite.com/ )
If your company uses a single sign on (SSO) application - you must access PromoSuite Next via your company's portal (not https://next.promosuite.com/).
When logging in make sure your Station is filled in correctly -you must include the "-AM" or "-FM" at the end of your call letters in order to log in.
If you need to reset your password, you can do so using the link below the login information.
When you reset your password, you will receive an email with a temporary password and your username (below).
