Overview of PromoSuite Next 1099 Reporting Capabilities

PromoSuite Next is a tool used to track winners and prizes for tax purposes and to generate 1099 reports. However, it’s important to note that the Create 1099s Utility does not produce the official 1099 tax form. Instead, it compiles and formats all required information to be printed onto a blank 1099 tax form.

Please note that we do not issue the 1099s; they are sent directly by your company’s finance department. We recommend reaching out to them for any updates regarding the status of 1099 forms for winners.

You need to purchase the 1099 forms. You can't print them on plain white paper. After you print the A copy, just reprint it with the proper form in the printer. Find out how to print and order 1099 forms.
