The Non-Listener Database in the Front Desk tab of Promosuite Next helps you keep track of prizes given away to anyone who did not win the prize as a result of a radio station contest. Maybe you gave a pair of concert tickets to someone on staff, or to a client - if you want to track this, use the Non-Listener Database to do so.
To add only staff tickets to your database, go to the Prize Closet and establish your prize with the allocation set to Staff; no contest page is required because the prize will be available in the Non-Listener Database.
Note: 1099 at the end of the year, is something your business department can do outside of PromoSuite (similar to how all Winners 1099s are handled outside of PromoSuite).
