Spec Spots: This folder holds a listview of all spec orders that need attention.
Deleted: Requests that were submitted in error. Used often for removing testing spots generated by new users.
All: Displays every active (non-Archived) spot connected to the user regardless of it's status, POC assignments or other view settings.
Starts 2MOR: A listing of requests for spots that start dates are tomorrow. On Fridays, this will also display those starting Saturday, Sunday & Monday
Co-op: Seen by Traffic & Sales Assistants only. List of current spots that have been marked as including Co-op information
Inbox: Current orders requiring attention or work
- Managers will see a full department view, everything Traffic/Production needs to work on
- A Production Director Inbox focuses by default on spots yet to be marked as dubbed
- Includes all preceding status options
- Traffic's Inbox focuses by default on spots yet to be scheduled or receive a Cart ID
Streaming: Lists current Inbox requests that are part of a streaming request.
Delegated: Requests that are delegated to another producer (internally) or outsourced to another location.
Extend Dates: Lists current Inbox requests that require date extensions in the Traffic and On Air systems.
New: Where requests for spots will be listed when they are new.
Requests can also be listed here if their "New" flag is clicked manually (the flag is only seen by Production and traffic directors).

Dub List: Requests that have been fully addressed by traffic and their submitter but have yet to be marked as dubbed
MyBox: Current requests exclusive to the logged in account. Producers, Writers etc. only see what has been assigned to them by a delegator. Traffic/Continuity/Production managers can single out orders they are a POC for
Canceled: Requests that did not sell or did not air Specs, donuts, etc..
Archived: All requests that have been recently Archived. Further views of completed spots achieved through Search.
In Review: A listing of spots either in Script Review or Spot Review status.
Starts Soon: A listing of requests for spots that start within the user defined number of days
The default setting is 7 days. Set in the My Account page's Site Options section.
On Air: Spots currently on the air
Expiring: On Air spots that will soon expire based on their End date. They have a 14 days default time window. The option can be changed on the My Account Overview page's Site Options section.
Past Due: A listing of requests for spots have have passed their submitted starting air date and are not yet completed. Revision and extend date requests will be listed here when their start or due dates dictate
On Deck: Complete (dubbed & scheduled) spots that have not yet reached their Start Dates.
Hot List: Only seen by Production Managers and Traffic staff. Displays requests marked with the Hot List icon to help prioritize work flow. The request remains listed in the Inbox view, as well as the Hot List Folder denoting that it has a priority or preference to be worked on first.
