Along with the traditional workflow of WideOrbit Traffic Integration, Radio One users have a WO Drafts feature holding their WO approved orders
For Radio One users, WideOrbit Traffic Integration has an additional feature. The WO Drafts feature. Other workflow for WideOrbit Traffic remains the same as other integration users.
WideOrbit Drafts Folder
AE's will now see a WO Draft folder in their left navigation panel in vPPO. Once a WO Traffic order has been approved and processed that WI Traffic contract automatically creates a spot which can be found in the WO Drafts folder.
Traffic and Sales Assistant roles will have the option of turning on a view of other user's WO Drafts Folder in their My Account settings. This is found under the People's Profile section in My Account. This gives Traffic and Sales Assistants access to submit WideOrbit orders for sales staff if needed.
The additional features for Radio One using the WideOrbit Traffic Integration are the same as usage for non Radio One users.
Client List
The Client Name list in vPPO is synced to WideOrbit Traffic. It is now a combined type ahead, drop down list list and displays the advertisers entered in WO Traffic. Use the search row to quickly find the Client by typing the first few letters of the Client name. As the user types the full client list will appear and allow the user to quickly filter the content.
Users will use the 00 Pending Advertiser client for Spec Spots where the new client has not yet been entered into WO Traffic.
Material Group and Get Cart ID
Part of the WideOrbit Integration include the ability to send spot date to WideOrbit Traffic to create the material and have the house number automatically populate to vPPO. The user will see a Material Group drop down list and a Get Cart ID button in vPPO.
Traffic Refresh
WideOrbit Advertisers are synced nightly to vPPO. Users with the Traffic ability in vPPO will have the Traffic Refresh icon next to the Search icon which will initiate an immediate update of Advertisers from WideOrbit Traffic to vPPO. If an advertiser is entered into WO and that advertiser is needed that same day in vPPO (before the overnight sync takes place), use the Traffic Refresh button to have that advertiser appear in the vPPO client list. The Traffic Refresh button can be activated only once an hour per user. The client will typically appear in vPPO within a minute of using the Traffic Refresh button.
