PDQ to full vPPO Firm Migration

1. Make sure there’s a corporate firm in place for the client
2. In the firm settings of the PDQ client, change the name to their Corporate Firm’s name + City, State
3. Link the Firm to the parent firm (from the parent firm dropdown menu)
4. In the firm settings of the PDQ client, under Products/Services, change the client from Production House Only, to Radio/TV PPO.
   1. Change the users from the firm to their proper role and save
   2. Reset their folders as well.  This will allow them to see things the way they should be seen on a Role basis
   3. c) Adjust their email notifications to meet their specific role
5. Add the Stations for the Firm
6. Add the Firm’s Ad Types (if necessary)
7. Add the Firm’s File Types (if necessary)
8. Adjust the Firm’s Media Services (if necessary)
9. Ask John Laderer to migrate spots from the old dataset to the stations in the new version of the Firm
