Troubleshooting Univision SSO

Ensure all users are utilizing the correct URL to access vCreative.

- The SP initiated URL is http://univisionvc.com (HTTPS is not yet supported for this URL)

- If this fails, then please try the IDP initiated
URL: https://myapps.microsoft.com/signin/4fb8064f-0b04-4e4b-ae05-18081fbac42c?tenantId=91ff98f7-aa66-4cf3-9617-b5c4f409c51d

• Logins must be in the format of @univision.net. The @univision.net is what federates back to Univision and ties the vCreative account to the Univision domain account. This has no bearing on vCreative email use.

     - A Univision domain account is required for all access to vCreative
     - Contractors can continue to use their non-Univision email address, however they must log into the vCreative portal using the @univision.net format.

Example 1: John Smith (domain account = jsmith & email = jsmith@univision.net) User login ID for vCreative will be: jsmith@univision.net

Example 2: Juan Baez (domain account = jbaez & email = jbcontracting@gmail.com) User login ID for vCreative will be: jbaez@univision.net Examples:

• Chrome, IE/Edge, and Safari browsers will auto-pass the credentials of the user logged into the computer. This works fine for users utilizing a Univision ETS managed computer, however all other users (e.g. contractors with their own computer) should utilize Firefox. Firefox will prompt for credentials to allow for the @univision.net input.

• The Univision Information Security team has the ability to override the multi-factor authentication challenge. This is an explicit per-user override and will be used for the short term as corporate policy requires MFA to secure all cloud services.
