Troubleshooting Autodub - Wide Orbit

This page is designed to help you troubleshoot problems with autodubbing on stations with Wide Orbit automation systems. If the station you are working on has a different type of automation, try one of those. We have pages for OpX, ENCO, RCS (Master Control/NexGen/Zetta), and Mr. Master integrations.

  1. Are spots dubbing for any individual station or has everything stopped?
  2. Did you check the API tester?
  3. Is the Task Scheduler running on the remote server or scrubber?
  4. Are you checking the right locations for all the services?
  5. Does this client dub by firm or by station?
  6. Do the files appear in the correct Temp and Ingest folders as the ingest process is happening?
  7. Are there rules set up for the ingest folder once the file is delivered?
  8. Did you validate the local config?
  9. Did you validate the server config?
