EOD (End of Day) REPORTING GUIDELINES

Using the format below send your EOD's to the contact "ALL".

** PLEASE DON'T FEEL LIKE YOU NEED A LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS THAT YOU DID FOR THE DAY! **
 
The EOD, as its name implies, is meant to be sent at the end of your workday.  Every day.  Avoid sending the next day or two days later.  Send it while it's fresh.
 
Testing: 
It's rare that there is nothing to test.  99.9% of the time, you can find a card to test - OR - be proactive and use testing to educate yourself on something of which you're not 100% certain.
 
Wow Moments:
None of the standard stuff that is already expected of us. (How were you able to go above and beyond with any or all of your calls or chats today?)
 
CST Tickets:
* Which Market(s) did you work on today...Recommended contacts: Prod Dir>Traffic>OM>SM>MM
* If you MADE CONTACT WITH A HUMAN - Use the phrase: "Connected with..." and a short description of what you covered when you spoke... upsell, AutoDub, voice pool, etc..
* If you LEFT MESSAGE/SENT EMAIL WITH NO CONTACT - Use the phrase: "Emailed" or "Called..." with more info to follow...
 
Other Important Info:
Continuing Education (like Linkedin trainings), customer trainings, Demos, Call letter changes, Added [market] to [firm] HUB... Stuff that you found that is currently being fixed in either product. Things that would benefit all of us to know.
DO NOT include things like- "Emailed So-and-so about a couple of questions they had" or Call with "so and so about an issue"
