Aquira is an RCS Traffic integration used by EMF. Orders are created in Aquira then migrate automatically to vPPO.
The user will create an order in Aquira. There are specific fields which are required in vPPO and once those fields are filled in Aquira, Aquira will roll that PO over into vPPO.
Aquira view:
The sales team will complete the traffic order in Aquira; containing the schedule, stations, dates, client, etc. for the spots. The traffic team will then create the media and attach it to the contract. Media cannot be just created without being used on a contract (contract is a required field). Those details tie together in Aquira. When the media is created and is then used on a contract, having that information is the trigger for sending the information from Aquira to vPPO. There is no submit button, just having the needed information in the required fields will send the information automatically. Entering the needed information is done in the Creative and Media areas in Aquira.
In Aquira, all stations are an option in the media section. To determine which stations the user would actually like to create the PO for in vPPO, the stations are chose in the Spotlines view in Aquira.
By default, all orders in Aquira start with a status of Not Sent. Once the needed fields are filled out in Aquira, which automatically triggers the PO to send to vPPO, that status will change to Sent.
Note: Aquira users also have the option to use the status of Hold for any orders they would like to work on but NOT send to vPPO yet.
At this point the PO will be created in the user's vPPO account in Needs Production status. The workflow will be completed in vPPO the same as an order which had been created in vPPO. The PO will be sent with the sales POC information already populated based off the user in Aquira. All other POC's will come from normal workflow/assignments in vPPO. Once the PO's workflow has been completed in vPPO and the PO is archived, the status in Aquira will show as Produced.
Note: revisions and dates extends for PO's are done only in vPPO
