To make, receive and transfer calls via your browser using Zendesk Talk, you will need to update your browser settings.
Follow these steps to make the necessary adjustments:
- Open Zendesk Support
- In your browser's URL bar, click the "lock" icon at the front of the address
- [in Chrome] Click "site settings" and set permissions to "allow" for the following
- Microphone
- Pop-ups and redirects
- Notifications
- Close all browsers, then open a new browser and open Zendesk Support
- Verify you can make, receive and transfer calls
