Configuring your browser to use Zendesk Talk

To make, receive and transfer calls via your browser using Zendesk Talk, you will need to update your browser settings.

Follow these steps to make the necessary adjustments:

  • Open Zendesk Support
  • In your browser's URL bar, click the "lock" icon at the front of the address

  • [in Chrome] Click "site settings" and set permissions to "allow" for the following 
    • Microphone
    • Pop-ups and redirects
    • Notifications

  • Close all browsers, then open a new browser and open Zendesk Support
  • Verify you can make, receive and transfer calls
