How To Add A Loom Video to a Help Center article

Here's how you add a Loom video to an article, starting with the finished video:

Step One: Create Your Video

Step Two: Get Your Video Link (URL)

Step Three: Add Your Video to the Help Center

From the Guide admin click "Add" then select "Article."  Add your Title then configure article visibility and the section it should be published in.

In the body of the article add some set-up text then embed your Loom video by clicking the small video icon in the Zendesk text editor.

In the resulting pop-up window add the URL from Loom then click "Insert."

Now you should see a preview of your Loom video in your article's body.

Step Three: Size Your Video & Publish the Article

Now it's time to size your video. Since the article's body is a set width, let's make the video as large as it can be in the main content area by changing the code in the code editor to 854 x 480. To do that, click the code editor () and find the dimensions that Zendesk automatically inserted for your video and change the width and height.
