This should help address FAQ after users have set up the integration and are using it on a daily basis.
Once an Audience Sweepstakes (contest sign up form) is created, users can add integration events that allow the Audience database to speak to the PromoSuite Next database.
Complete Entry
This option imports all entrants to this Sweepstakes to a Registration Contest within PSN. Users would need to create an Online Contest with an attached Prize in order to select an Registrant to win within PSN.
Winner Chosen
This option only creates an Online Contest in PSN and ads winners when winners are selected within Audience. Users would select their winners within the Sweepstakes which would trigger the creation of an Online Contest within PSN. Selected winners would automatically be imported and linked to the contest. Users would still need to create a Prize.
Winner Removed
This can be used concurrently with Winner Chosen; this option allows users to remove contest winners from the Audience Sweepstakes and PSN contest simultaneously by removing the winners from the Audience Sweepstakes. Without this option applied users would need to go into PSN and remove the contest win from the winner's history, regardless of selections within Audience.
