1. Sales provides Broadcast Group & Station Entities to CSM
2. CSM sends [PromoSuite Production] Onboarding Call Set-up email template from SELL
- Email includes link to "Onboarding" HC post
3. CSM has Onboarding meeting w/ client, discussion includes:
- Overall onboarding process (set-up & training)
- Onboarding spreadsheet (stations, explain user needs)
- Timelines and next steps
4. Client provides CSM with completed set-up spreadsheet
5. Mike M. creates Broadcast Group, Station Entities and assigns Stations to Broadcast Group, Activates Production product for a Broadcast Group
6a. CSM creates necessary Production Users per spreadsheet
6b. Mike E. adds new people into SELL
7. CSM coordinates training
End User Training
Training is typically two sessions (with additional sessions scheduled as needed) and is led by one or more product expert.
Session 1 is for any user(s) with the "Production Administrator" role. Topics include:
- Walk-through of Production workflow and user roles
- Walk-through of adding users to PromoSuite Production
- Discussion of Support (content and process)
- Q&A
Session 2 is for all end-users created added during the first training session. Topics include:
- Discussion/walk-through of Production workflow and user roles
- Completion of a “Production Needed” order
- Discussion/walk-through of Client Management
- Discussion of Support (content and process)
- Q&A
Post-Training
