3. CSM has Onboarding meeting w/ client, discussion includes:
- Overall onboarding process (set-up & training)
- Onboarding spreadsheet (stations, explain user needs)
- Timelines and next steps
4. Client provides CSM with completed set-up spreadsheet
5. Mike M. creates Broadcast Group, Station Entities and assigns Stations to Broadcast Group
6a. CSM creates necessary NEXT Users per spreadsheet
6b. Mike E. adds new people into SELL
7. CSM coordinates training
