      [DRAFT] WO Traffic to PS Production to WO AFR workflow

      • AE creates an order in  WO Traffic (what do they enter?)
        • Person placing the order
        • Order #
        • Order Name
        • Advertiser Name
        • Run Dates
        • Schedule
        • Spot Name

      • AE logs into PS Production and takes action
        • Locates Order in "My Tasks"
        • Edits order (adds info)
          • Client Details
          • Production Details
            • Assign Production Manager
            • Assign Continuity person
          • Creative Details
            • Add Script and Instructions/Copy points
        • Submits to send to next person in workflow (Prod Mgr)

      • Production Manager notified of new order in "My Tasks"
        • Locates Order in "My Tasks"
        • Assigns team that will produce the spot
          • Producer
          • Writer
          • VO
          • Dubber
        • Continuity notified of new task in "My Tasks" (they can do their part anytime)
        • Submits to send to next person in workflow (Writer)

      • Writer notified of new task in "My Tasks"
        • Locates Order in "My Tasks"
        • Reviews/writes/approves Script
        • Submits to send to next person in workflow (AE)

      • AE notified of new task in "My Tasks"
        • The task is "Script Review"
          • Can approve, or share w/ client and approve
          • Submits to send to next person in workflow (Producer/VO Talent)
      • Producer/VO Talent notified of new task in "My Tasks"
        • The task is to record the audio using script / voice your part of the script
        • Attaches (uploads) audio file 
        • Submits to send to next person in workflow (Continuity)

      • Continuity notified of new task in "My Tasks" (if these tasks have not been fulfilled already)
        • The task is to add the traffic details to PromoSuite Production
          • Spot Title
          • Material Group Name
          • ISCI/AD ID
        • Go to WO Traffic to generate a cart number (house number)
          • This will update (sync) the cart number in PromoSuite Production (after a minute or two)
        • Add additional details to WO Traffic and submit
        • This triggers PS Production to move the task to Dubbing
      • Dubber notified of new task in "My Tasks"
        • The task is to click "Dub Spot"
          • Sends audio file to SFTP folder set-up by the client
          • WO AFR checks the folder for new files, pulls them in and adds them to AFR (for playout)
