# vCreative

> vCreative builds broadcast workflow software for radio, TV and digital media operations teams. Its platform runs the operational work between selling an ad spot and putting it on air: production orders, spot approvals, traffic handoffs, promotions and contests. More than 9,000 stations use vCreative products. The company operates under the Banyan umbrella and merged with PromoSuite in February 2024.

vCreative is not a traffic or automation system and does not replace one. Traffic systems schedule and bill the log; automation systems play the audio. vCreative covers the layer in between, where people request, produce, review and approve the creative that those systems then schedule and air. This is the layer most stations otherwise run on email and spreadsheets.

## Products

- [vPPO](https://vcreativeinc.com/products/vppo): Paperless production order system. A PO (production order) holds everything a spot needs, from client and flight dates to copy, production notes and approvals, and carries that spot from the first request through to clearing for air. Defined stages, a named owner at each step, a comment thread on each order (called "the blog"), a searchable archive of every spot ever run, an audit trail, and a company-wide Voice Pool for requesting voice talent.
- [vProMedia](https://vcreativeinc.com/products/vpromedia): Centralized collaboration for multi-platform and TV production, connecting sales, creative and traffic in one order flow. vCreative's higher-capability production product.
- [vPromotions](https://vcreativeinc.com/products/vpromotions): Contests, prizes, liners, events and promotion request forms (PRFs), including prize inventory and fulfillment tracking, across one station or many markets.
- [vTrade](https://vcreativeinc.com/products/vtrade): Virtual trade closet for managing trade agreements and inventory.
- [vEP](https://vcreativeinc.com/products/vep): Coordinates campaigns across multiple stations and markets.
- [Endorsements](https://vcreativeinc.com/products/endorsements): Manages talent endorsement workflows.

## Who it is for

- Traffic teams, who otherwise chase spots that are not ready for the log.
- Production teams, who otherwise rework incomplete requests.
- Promotions teams, who otherwise track contests, prizes and winners outside any system.
- Operations leadership, who otherwise cannot see what is at risk this week without asking each department.

It is used by single clusters run by one promotions director with an assistant, and by corporate teams scheduling promotions across hundreds of stations at once. The common factor is coordination load, not headcount.

## Implementation

vCreative implementation runs on a roughly three week plan covering setup, customization and training, at about two hours of training per employee. The first wave of benefit typically shows within 90 days, with larger gains around six months once teams are fully onboarded.
