Reference file visibility for voice talent

Voice talent can now view reference files

Firms can turn on a new setting that lets voice talent view, listen to, and download regular production files on a spot (not just their own voice uploads) for reference. Voice talent still can't edit or delete these files — that stays with the production team.

Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed an issue where deleted users did not appear in the Deleted Users list.
• Fixed an issue where downloading a media file after preview opened the browser media player instead of downloading the file.
• Fixed contract number searches and improved pagination behavior when viewing results.
• Fixed an issue that caused Traffic Managers to see unassigned SPEC spots in MyBox after a spot was copied.
• Corrected Folder Settings so navigation, default selections, and context menu behavior remain in sync.
• Removed unnecessary Material Group and Cart ID requirements for SPEC spots where they are not applicable.
• Improved synchronization between List View and Compact View for the WO traffic refresh button visibility.The WideOrbit traffic refresh button now stays visible in Compact View the same way it already did in List View, no matter which folder you're in.
• Fixed an email notification rule to correctly evaluate both station and ad type conditions before sending notifications.
