Reach out to*** [***sales@vcreativeinc.com***](mailto:sales@vc.com) ***for more information.*New AI Features & Enhancements** Take the manual work out of production order entry with intelligent tools designed to help your team work faster, reduce repetitive tasks, and maintain consistency. ### Expanded AI Usage Reporting **The AI Usage Dashboard now provides additional filtering and reporting options, making it easier to review AI activity by product, corporate group, firm, station, and user.** ### Centralized AI Feature Management **AI feature access is now managed through a more consistent process, improving how AI capabilities are enabled and maintained across supported products.** ### Improved AI Spot Creation Across Markets **When AI-generated spots are grouped by firm or station, production orders now better reflect the appropriate market, client, and outsourcing firm.** ### Updated Script Generation Behavior **Email-to-Draft and Create with AI no longer automatically generate scripts during spot creation. Users can continue to use available script-generation tools when needed.** ### Improved Email-to-Spot Reliability **Updates to user authentication and AI feature settings help ensure incoming emails are processed under the correct user account and configured AI access.** ### Interested in AI? If you'd like to learn how AI can help your team save time and streamline production workflows, contact us at sales@vcreativeinc.com. ---   ### **New Features** The following enhancements are included with this release and some may be available by contacting the Help Desk. ### Production Recap Form vProMedia now includes the **Production Recap**, a standard form for itemizing the costs of a production request and recording what will be billed to the client. Each recap is saved to its request line and can be exported to PDF or Excel for sharing or billing. This release is for producers and other users who work production requests. If you don't see the feature, ask your administrator to enable it for your firm, the request's ad type and your user profile. **Highlights** | **Feature** | **What it does** | | --- | --- | | Add Production Recap link | Opens a recap straight from the request's Files column | | Client and production header | Shows the client, campaign, dates and spot count set up for the request | | Notes / Description | Rich-text area for scope, deliverables, talent or session details | | Itemized production costs | One line per cost, with Cost / Service Type, Rate, Qty / Hrs, Total and Notes | | Automatic cost total | Adds up all line totals into the Production Costs Total | | Invoice Summary | Records the production total, any no-charge credit and the amount billed to the client | | Save and export | Saves the recap to the request line; exports to PDF or Excel | **How to use it** ### **1. Open a recap** In the request list, find the request's **Files** column and click **Add Production Recap** under **Notes / Misc**. The **Production Invoice / Recap** form opens. Add notes** Use **Notes / Description** to record scope, deliverables, talent or session details. Bold, italics, lists and links are available. ### **4. Itemize production costs** 1. Click **+ Add Cost Item** to add a line. 2. Choose the **Cost / Service Type**. The list holds the categories your administrator set up. 3. Enter the **Rate**, **Qty / Hrs**, **Total** and any **Notes**. 4. Repeat for each cost. Use the trash icon to remove a line. Save or export** - **Save:** click **Actions \> Save** to save the recap to the request line. - **Export:** click **Export to PDF**, or export to Excel, for sharing or billing. - **Cancel:** closes the form without saving changes. **Good to know** - **Check the Invoice Summary math.** The Production Costs Total is the only value the system calculates; double-check the summary before saving or exporting. - **Link not showing?** The recap must be enabled for your firm and for the request's ad type, and your profile needs the recap permissions. Contact your administrator. - **Missing a Cost / Service Type?** Categories are managed by administrators under Production Cost Categories. Contact the Help Desk to have this feature enabled for your organization. #### Expanded Draft Search and Filtering Users can search and filter drafts more effectively, with options to search submitted orders, drafts only, or include drafts alongside submitted orders. ![](https://vcreativeinc.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Nov-04-2026-03-06-08-2423-PM.png?width=670&height=614&name=undefined-Nov-04-2026-03-06-08-2423-PM.png) #### TV AutoDub Enhancements Additional configuration and workflow improvements support the automated delivery and status management of TV production files. #### File Upload Progress Tracking A new upload tracking experience provides greater visibility into files being uploaded, helping users avoid navigating away before uploads finish. ![](https://vcreativeinc.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Nov-04-2026-03-06-07-6700-PM.png?width=669&height=621&name=undefined-Nov-04-2026-03-06-07-6700-PM.png) #### Additional Audio File Support vProMedia now supports .amr audio file uploads, allowing users to submit recordings from supported mobile devices without first converting them to MP3. #### Quu Workflow Improvements The Quu integration workflow has been adjusted to allow Writers to enter required campaign information later in the production process, reducing the information Sales must provide when creating an order. --- ### **Issues Resolved** The following issues have been corrected in this release. #### File Upload Validation Improved validation ensures uploaded files meet the allowed file extensions configured for their assigned file types, including Quu campaign files. #### Voice Part Download Filenames Resolved an issue where downloaded voice part files were assigned random alphanumeric filenames instead of retaining their original names. #### Scripts Removed During Revisions Addressed an intermittent issue where scripts could be cleared when submitting a revision, even when no changes were made to the script. #### TV Spot Copying Corrected validation and submission issues that could prevent users from successfully copying TV production orders. #### WideOrbit Material Group Synchronization Fixed an issue where synchronizing material groups with WideOrbit could incorrectly remove stations from existing material groups. #### Denied Spots Not Returning to Drafts Restored affected denied production orders that were not appearing in the appropriate Drafts folders. #### Spot Transcript Permissions Corrected firm validation to ensure transcript functionality respects the appropriate firm access permissions. -
