The following AI enhancements are available as part of the vCreative AI Suite. AI features require an AI subscription and are not enabled by default. Interested? Reach out to sales@vcreativeinc.com for more information.

AI Title & Script Recommendations

AI can analyze an advertiser’s previous spot activity to recommend a likely spot title and script. Recommendations remain suggestions only, so users can review, edit, accept, or reject them before anything is applied.

The following enhancements are included with this release. Most are automatically available, while select features can be enabled upon request.

New Features & Improvements

Manual ISCI Override

Firms using Incremental ISCI generation can now support both workflows: authorized users may manually enter a client-provided ISCI or generate one automatically on a per-order basis.

Search Multiple Cart IDs

Cart/House search now supports multiple cart IDs separated by commas, making it faster to locate several carts in a single search.

Bulk WideOrbit Cart ID Requests

Added support for requesting WideOrbit cart IDs in bulk, reducing repetitive steps when multiple orders need cart assignments.

Selecting multiple request from the same order will open the action menu below. 
Choose Bulk Actions to open the slide out menu of bulk options. 

Scroll to the bottom of the slide out menu to find the WideOrbit Cart ID section
(This will only show for users with WideOrbit enabled as an integration.)

Select the material group you'd like to assign to all selected and click Get Cart, then Submit changes.

Continue as normal to generate the carts in WO and after a few moments, the cart numbers will appear on the requests.

Formatted Field Templates

Textarea and WYSIWYG default-value templates can retain formatting and remain visible while users enter responses, making structured prompts and creative brief templates easier to complete.

EULA Acceptance Compliance
Improved EULA acceptance handling and evidence collection to support compliance tracking and a smoother user acceptance flow.

Issues Resolved

The following issues have been corrected in this release.

Copy Orders with Files

Resolved an issue that could prevent an order from being copied when Include Files was selected. Eligible attachments now copy with the new order as expected.

Archived Date Search

Corrected the More Dates “Archived Up To” filter so archived orders can be returned for the requested timeframe without the filter failing.

Contract Number Validation for Spec Spots

Corrected Contract Number validation so changing a spot from Sold to Spec immediately removes the Contract Number requirement, and changing back to Sold restores it.

Show All / Client Results

Corrected the right-click Show options so All in PO and client result views return the complete expected set of non-deleted, non-canceled orders.
