This AI-powered enhancement lets you instantly refine your script text based on your selected tone. You can use Script Polish in two ways 1. From the list view, Click on the *Add Script* link, Write a **prompt** giving any copy points needed for the script. Choose a tone (optional) and click Script Polish. The AI will generate a refined script for you to insert into the script box. 2. **Create or paste** a script into the script box. Select your preferred tone from the dropdown next to your script. Click “Script polish” – The system sends your current script to our AI rewrite service. Review and Apply – Preview the polished version and decide whether to insert by clicking Yes or dismiss it by clicking No to keep your original text. Undo Anytime – If you change your mind, simply undo the update to restore the original version. Why you’ll love it - Enhances your script while preserving your original message and intent - Gives quick creative options without needing to start from scratch - Saves time refining tone and flow for client-ready scripts - Analyzes the requested script length and stays as close to that length as possible Availability This feature is available within the Script Editor on both Radio and TV ad types. Script polish will be added to the quick order form in a future release. If you don’t see the option, contact your local admin or the help desk to check your permissions. #### Bug Fixes & Improvements - vTrade Mobile Submit Button: Resolved an issue where the submit button was hidden or overlapped by the chat icon on mobile devices, preventing users from completing submissions. - Out of Office Format: Fixed a bug that caused Out of Office settings to save in the wrong date/time format. - File Type Selection: Addressed an issue where file types would not persist after being changed to a new type. - Login After Email Update: Corrected an issue preventing users from logging in immediately after updating their email address. - Corporate Admin Market Access: Corporate admins can now seamlessly switch between different market staff lists, providing enhanced flexibility for managing teams across multiple locations.
