This tutorial video will show you how to add your Sales Manager to the order.   ### **Summary** Workflow updates regarding sales form submissions and automated manager approval tracking processes were reviewed and standardized. **Sales Form Submission Process** Account executives must manually select a manager from the dropdown menu to trigger the approval process. Users can currently select up to 3 recipients for these notifications. **Order Approval Workflow Tracking** Orders default to Sales Review status until manager approval is granted. Manager authorization automatically triggers the transition to the final production or writing status. ### **Details** - **Form Submission and Manager Notification Process**: This video explained the necessity of adjusting the sales dropdown menu when submitting orders to ensure sales managers receive proper notifications. While the user’s name is automatically populated as the account executive, the user must manually select at least one manager from the dropdown menu to initiate the approval process. Users currently have the capacity to select up to three individuals, including themselves and other account executives or managers. A request has been submitted to the developers to potentially increase this limit to allow for more selections, though only one manager is required to proceed. - **Order Approval Workflow and Status Tracking**: Even if a user selects "Needs Production" upon submission, the system will categorize the order as "Sales Review" until a manager approves it. Once a manager provides their approval, the order will automatically transition to the user's intended status, such as "needs to be written" or "approved for production," allowing the user to track the progress of the order.
