You can easily reset your password on the login page. Here is the process:     - **Troubleshooting Invalid Credentials**: if receiving an "invalid credentials" error when users attempt to sign in to the V Creative platform, this usually indicates the email address or password provided is incorrect for the account. They emphasize that users must ensure the email address entered matches the one currently registered in their V Creative account. To help avoid typing errors, utilize the eyeball icon near the password field to view their entry before submitting. - **Initiating the Password Reset Process**: for users who have forgotten their password, select the "Forgot your password" link located on the login page. Once selected, the user must input their email address—verifying again that it is the one associated with their V Creative account—and click "generate authorization code" to receive an authorization token via email. - **Finalizing the Password Reset**: after receiving the authorization token via email, the user should copy the code into the designated authorization code field within the V Creative interface. Users then proceed to type and confirm their new password according to the specific requirements displayed on the screen. Once the password has been reset, the user is able to return to the login page to sign in with the new credentials.
