In vPPO, you have the ability adjust your own user settings. Including the email notifications you get, if you need to change your email address and your site options.     ### **Summary** Training session outlined procedures for managing profile settings and platform preferences within the vPPO system. **Accessing Account Settings** Account management occurs through the left rail interface. Users update profile details and email addresses in this location. **Configuring Interface Preferences** System options enable 3-month calendar views and expanded folder details. These displays allow for personalized file and notification settings. **Saving System Configurations** Notification settings must align with specific user roles. Clicking submit effectively preserves all modified account data. ### **Details** - **Accessing Account Settings**: To navigate to this area, users must locate the left rail of the interface and select the "my account" option, which allows them to modify their personal profile information, including their email address. - **Configuring Account Preferences**: Users have several customization options available within the site options area. These settings include the ability to utilize a three-month calendar, display counts on folders, and show specific file details such as comments and the individual who uploaded the file along with the upload time. - **Updating Notifications and Saving Settings**: Users must configure their email notifications to align with their specific role. After modifying any of these account or notification settings, users are required to click the submit button to ensure their changes are saved.
