vProMedia offers a Script Template Library tool you can use for frequently used scripts.

vProMedia includes more than the ability to archive previous production requests and spots. It can also be the home for frequently used scripts in a template library.

vProMedia software provides archiving for production requests and a centralized template library. This library is easily accessible via the primary interface sidebar.

  • vProMedia Capabilities and Script Template Library: vProMedia software provides functionality for archiving production requests and spots, while also hosting a template library for frequently used scripts. This library is located under the vPro tab in the left sidebar, where users can view all saved templates.
  • Adding and Organizing Scripts: To add a new script, users should select the new template button and input a name for the script. Users are encouraged to add tags and a script category to facilitate easier searching, utilizing the filter located near the top right of the library screen.
  • Searching, Editing, and Using Templates: The search function updates in real-time as information is entered, and the actions column provides options to edit or remove scripts. By selecting the script template icon that resembles an I, users can generate a new request from a template, which triggers the script timer sidebar.
