Categorization and tagging enable efficient search functionality for the entire database. **Executing Script Templates** Real-time search updates allow quick access to edit or remove content. Selecting the template icon generates a new request, initiating the script timer. ### **Details** - **vProMedia Capabilities and Script Template Library**: vProMedia software provides functionality for archiving production requests and spots, while also hosting a template library for frequently used scripts. This library is located under the vPro tab in the left sidebar, where users can view all saved templates. - **Adding and Organizing Scripts**: To add a new script, users should select the new template button and input a name for the script. Users are encouraged to add tags and a script category to facilitate easier searching, utilizing the filter located near the top right of the library screen. - **Searching, Editing, and Using Templates**: The search function updates in real-time as information is entered, and the actions column provides options to edit or remove scripts. By selecting the script template icon that resembles an I, users can generate a new request from a template, which triggers the script timer sidebar.
