Is your firm using the Advertiser Landing Page System in vProMedia? Here is how to navigate that page.

The Advertiser Landing Page System (ALPS) helps to streamline the approval process by giving your clients access to orders online for review and comments.

Summary

The session detailed the Advertiser Landing Page System functionality and streamlined review process for media requests.

Review System Workflow
The Advertiser Landing Page System functions as a streamlined extension of the Virtual Request Organizer. Access allows users to receive email notifications and view shared requests via a central list.

Multi-Account Access Features
Advertisers managing multiple locations access all associated accounts using 1 single set of credentials. Filters enable specific navigation of advertisers, run dates, and stations.

Media Commenting Tools
A decision was finalized to implement a comment tool allowing timestamped feedback on media files. Users can play, pause, and review comments directly within the production list view.

Details

  • Overview of the Advertiser Landing Page System (ALPS): ALPS is an extension of vProMedia designed to streamline the review process. When access to a request is granted, an icon appears in the PO column of VRO, allowing users to send an email notification to ALPS users regarding the availability of a request for review. Upon logging into the landing page, users are presented with a list view of all shared requests.
  • Multi-Client Access and Filtering: Advertisers (clients) managing or owning multiple locations can utilize the same email and password to access all associated accounts. Users with multiple accounts will see additional drop-down menus at the top of the page to filter the displayed advertiser, and they are able to view the specific run dates and stations for each individual request.
  • File Management and Commenting Functionality: The files column permits the addition of files if enabled by sales or production staff, and includes a play button to display media files. The blue icon within the files column provides access to a comment tool, where users can play, pause, and post timestamped comments on specific portions of the media, which then appear in the production list view alongside the file attachment.
