Here are the details. ### **Summary** Training session reviewed profile management, security settings, and out of office configurations for Vro account holders. **Account Profile Management** Users access profile settings via the top right username menu. This area permits updates to contact information and job titles. **Security and Availability** Security features include password updates and device management. Users configure out of office availability dates to notify managers during absences. **System Integrations** Out of office status updates automatically on the POC selection menu. Profile settings also allow customization of search appearance and demo inclusion. ### **Details** - **Account Profile Management**: Users can manage how they interact with others in vProMedia through the account tab within their profile settings. To access this, users must click on their username in the top right corner of the screen and select edit profile. Within this area, users are able to update specific personal details including their email address, phone number, and job title. - **Security and Out of Office Configuration**: There are some options for account security, specifically the ability to change passwords or log out of all other devices. Additionally, they describe the out of office feature, which informs managers when a user is unavailable during PO requests. To configure this setting, users are instructed to click edit in the out of office section, select their start and end dates, ensure the active box is checked, and then click save. - **POC Selection and Profile Settings**: During a user's time out of the office, their status will be indicated on the POC selection menu when managers are assigning roles. For users involved in voice pools, they note that the profile settings allow for the inclusion of a demo and the configuration of how the user appears in search results, though they clarify that a full explanation of voice profiles is provided in a separate video.
