  • vProMedia List View Functionality: The vProMedia platform uses a list view as its default setting, which organizes requests by due date. This view provides immediate access to order details, including the client column, which contains special instructions, questions answered during order entry, dates, contract information, and the status of each spot.
  • vProMedia Files Management: The files column is designed to store documents provided by the creator of an order. Additionally, this column serves as the location where the final spot or proof file is attached once production is finished.
  • vProMedia Compact View: The compact view is an alternative to the list view, noting it is the preferred setting for departments handling consistent large orders or campaigns with multiple layers. This view presents only basic request information, allowing users to unfold and view the same detailed information available in the list view whenever it is required.
