Here are the basics on order entry in vProMedia. It's easy to submit orders in vProMedia. Simply hitting the + New Request button in the upper left corner of your account will get you started.   ### **Summary** Meeting notes detail request form customization, multi-spot order functionality, and personalized workflow optimization settings. **Customized Request Form Management** Onboarding configurations drive specific field requirements within request forms. Systems automatically highlight incomplete fields and save continuous drafts to improve user efficiency. **Multi-Spot Order Creation** Users access unsubmitted orders via the drafts folder. Multi-spot requests utilize an add request feature to clone information across multiple entries seamlessly. **Workflow Optimization Settings** Customization options allow users to toggle missing field display methods. Preferences for error highlighting can be adjusted for a cleaner visual interface. ### **Details** - **Customized Request Forms and Draft Management**: Shelly McMurtrey outlines that request forms are customized based on the fields and responses configured during an organization's onboarding process, ensuring the form displays necessary requirements and options. To improve efficiency, the system automatically highlights required fields that have not been submitted. Additionally, the system continuously saves a running draft of the request in the drafts folder as information is input. - **Order Management and Multi-Spot Requests**: Shelly McMurtrey explains that all unsubmitted orders are found in the drafts folder. To generate multi-line or multi-spot requests, users are instructed to use the "add request" button on the right column of the form. When this button is selected, a new spot is added to the order, which automatically copies relevant information from the previous entries, allowing users to either mix different ad types within a single order or use the same ad type throughout. - **Form Optimization Settings**: Shelly McMurtrey details several settings that allow users to customize their workflow within the order form. For example, the display of missing fields can be adjusted, allowing users to view them as a list upon hovering or as a text overlay by setting the missing fields view to "text on".
